100g IVOIRE 35%
150g Mara des Bois strawberries
500g Coconut milk
1 Vanilla bean
Juice of half a lime
Melt the IVOIRE. In a blender, mix together the strawberries, coconut milk and scored vanilla bean.
Add in the melted white chocolate followed by the lime juice. Mix again.
Store in the refrigerator.
Mix just before you are ready to serve so a creamy mousse forms.
Serve very cold.
500g Almond milk
100g CARAÏBE 66%
25g 50% ALMOND & HAZELNUT PRALINÉ
Melt the CARAÏBE. Heat the almond milk.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until a creamy mousse forms.
Serve hot and immediately.
Add ice cubes to make a frappé version.
